    "Encoded" also draws on principles from quantum physics, particularly the idea that observation can influence outcomes.This concept is often interpreted in the context of consciousness and suggests that our perceptions can shape our reality.While this is a more abstract application of quantum mechanics, it aligns with the class's focus on the power of mindset and intention.​

    The program incorporates elements from ancient traditions, such as meditation, breathwork, and energy alignment.
