Come exactly as you are.
THE COSMIC MOTHER MEMBERSHIP
A MEMBERSHIP EXCLUSIVELY FOR MOTHERS
•
I’ve been hearing the call for a while. And session after session has affirmed this need.
Because as you know, Motherhood is the most profound initiation. It is a path that awakens your heart, stretches your soul, and asks you to pour yourself into another life. It is holy, beautiful and also exhausting, overwhelming, and at times extremely isolating.
• •
So many of you have shared with me your struggles—whether you’re in the tender postpartum days or you’re raising small children who need you around the clock. The truth is: you are not meant to do this alone.
But the most beautiful news is, so many of you on this path who get readings, take classes, and are in my orbit are new moms. So, I figured, why don’t I connect all of you?
Introducing . . .
The Cosmic Mother!
An offshoot of the Cosmic Temple Membership.

The Cosmic Mother isn’t just a poetic idea, it’s grounded in a lot of well-documented science about motherhood, nervous system regulation, and community support. Here’s a breakdown you could use to explain why this work is so profoundly beneficial for mothers:
1. Nervous System Regulation
Motherhood — especially postpartum — places mothers in a heightened state of vigilance. Hormones like oxytocin and prolactin help foster bonding, but high levels of cortisol (stress hormone) are also common, particularly when sleep-deprived or isolated.
Breathwork and meditation directly activate the parasympathetic nervous system (“rest and digest”), lowering cortisol and improving emotional regulation.
Gentle embodiment practices help mothers shift out of survival states and into regulated states, which supports both their mental health and their child’s nervous system (babies co-regulate with mothers).
2. Community as Medicine
Research on maternal mental health shows that social isolation is one of the biggest risk factors for postpartum depression and anxiety. Conversely, peer support is one of the strongest protective factors.
Group gatherings and WhatsApp chats mirror what anthropologists call “alloparenting” — the ancient practice of communal childrearing.
Simply sharing stories in a circle reduces shame, normalizes challenges, and produces oxytocin and endorphins, which increase resilience.
3. Mirror Neurons & Co-Regulation
When mothers come together in a safe, supportive space, their brains literally “sync.”
Mirror neurons allow mothers to feel less alone, because they see their own experience reflected in others.
This co-regulation creates physiological calm — mothers’ heart rates, breathing, and even brainwave patterns can harmonize during group practices like meditation or breathwork.
4. Resilience Through Ritual
Having monthly and weekly touchpoints creates rhythm and predictability, which is crucial for stressed nervous systems.
Ritual and routine reduce anxiety by giving the brain a sense of safety and coherence.
Practices like guided breathwork or “Go to Sleep” meditations for babies become anchors, teaching both moms and children self-soothing strategies.
5. Epigenetics of Care
Emerging research shows that the quality of maternal care influences genetic expression in children.
When a mother feels supported, her stress is lower, which impacts the expression of genes related to stress regulation in her child.
By nourishing mothers, communities like The Cosmic Mother indirectly nourish the next generation at a biological level.
